AVERKOMN is a highly effective polycomponent metabolic biopreparation designed to produce ecologically safe products through pre-sowing seed treatment or spraying of vegetating crops: vegetables, cereals, industrial, ornamental, forest, and fruit-bearing plants, edible mushrooms, with the aim of protecting against pests, stimulating growth, and inducing systemic resistance to adverse environmental factors.

The active ingredient in AVERKOMN is a complex of natural major avermectins A1, A2, B1, and B2 (0.01%) extracted from the soil bacterium Streptomyces avermitilis. These avermectins penetrate the bodies of pests and nematodes via ingestion or contact, exhibiting irreversible neuro-paralytic effects. AVERKOMN is the only avermectin-based preparation of natural origin without chemical modifications, which helps prevent the development of resistance in pests.

The uniqueness of AVERKOMN lies in its natural, balanced complex of physiologically active substances, including amino acids, B vitamins, lipids (phospholipids, sterols, fatty acids, including arachidonic acid), phytohormone stimulators (auxins, cytokinins, gibberellins, brassinosteroids), as well as the biological polysaccharide chitosan, which enhances the phytostimulating and immunomodulatory effects of the product on both phytopathogens, pests, and environmental stresses such as drought and frost. AVERKOMN intensifies plant development, protects against diseases, pests, and stress, increases crop yield (by 15-38%), improves productivity and quality of the harvest, and enhances the suppressive capacity of the soil, as well as its agrochemical and physical properties.

Application Method

Before use, AVERKOMN must be thoroughly mixed to form a homogeneous emulsion. Pre-sowing seed treatment should be done on the day of sowing or the day before. Prolonged storage of the working solution is not allowed. The optimal temperature for applying the product is +15°C to +35°C in clear, dry, windless weather. Personnel can enter the fields 1-2 days after treatment.

For treating 1 ton of seeds, dilute 10-25 ml of the biopreparation in 10 liters of room temperature water. Soak seedlings in this solution for 2-12 hours. For vegetating plants during their most intensive growth phases, to enhance systemic resistance, use 20-50 ml per 150-250 liters of water. For insect and pest control, apply the biopreparation as pests appear, using 200-500 ml per 1 hectare, depending on the pest type. To disinfect the soil, use a solution of 1-3 ml of AVERKOMN per 1 liter of water. This solution should be used to treat the soil before transplanting seedlings (1-3 days before planting), evenly watering the planting hole with 100-200 ml of the working solution or 200-300 liters of solution per hectare.

AVERKOMN is compatible with agrochemicals and microbial biopreparations in tank mixes and does not require additional costs for application. It can be used with wetting agents and surface-active substances in the working solution. It complies with sanitary and hygienic standards, does not cause environmental contamination, is low in toxicity to warm-blooded animals and humans, moderately toxic to bees, and decomposes rapidly in the environment, making it safe to use 48 hours before harvest.

Storage Conditions

The biopreparation is packaged in plastic bottles. The shelf life of the product is 2-3 years at temperatures ranging from -10°C to +30°C.
